Fulfillment: Orders are normally processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt.

Shipping: Shipping is primarily via USPS, but can also be by Fedex or UPS at our discretion.

Refunds: Refunds are issued via credit to the payment type initially received. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of product ship date. Refunds are only granted for missing or damaged product, with verification.

Returns: Unused product can be returned for refund within 90 days of product ship date. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
